About Parkside Place

Parkside Place is more than a development — it’s a commitment to Clarendon Hills. Thoughtfully designed at the corner of Park and Walker, this project blends premium residences, curated retail, and a civic plaza that belongs to the community. With timeless architecture and enduring craftsmanship, Parkside Place is designed to stand as a landmark for decades to come.

Vision

Every detail of Parkside Place has been guided by a simple idea: create a building that feels like it has always belonged here. The design draws from the village’s character, balancing architectural heritage with modern livability. From the residences above to the shops and plaza below, Parkside Place enhances downtown while honoring its charm.

The sidewalk has people walking and sitting on benches, surrounded by colorful flowers, trees, and shrubs. A woman with a ponytail wearing casual clothes is standing with a red bicycle in the foreground, and a white car is parked nearby.

The Team Behind Parkside Place

Andy Burns leads Sightwell’s vision, deal strategy, and product design; Suzanne Burns leads operations and resident/guest experience. Together they’ve delivered design-forward, community-rooted projects across the western suburbs—adaptive reuse, mixed-use, and boutique-scale residential—with a track record that includes 124 Lofts, Sinclair Suites, and Kildahl House. Their ethos: Crafting Legacy Through Place.

Redwood Construction Group principals Pat Kinsella and Steve Blentlinger bring hands-on preconstruction and construction management, translating the design intent into disciplined execution—from budgeting and permitting through finish trades. For Parkside Place, Steve and Pat lead the General Contracting effort with an emphasis on build quality, schedule integrity, and clear communication. Their ethos: Built Better

Our Commitment to Clarendon Hills

We believe that development is at its best when it strengthens community. Parkside Place will extend downtown westward, create a new public gathering place, and provide homes designed for the way people want to live today. This is an investment in Clarendon Hills’ future — one rooted in integrity, quality, and care.
